I checked in my computer for repair on 1/3/11 and after a week decided to walk in and saw my computer on the check in shelf still. I asked the sales guy (Mike) why it was taking long and he said it was currently being looked at. I then told him I saw it on the shelf and asked why he said that. I asked for the manager and he said he was. After two lies I asked for my computer back. He then said quote ""jesus f'n christ man"" grabbed my computer and shoved it to me and said never come back. I will definatly never come back to that crap service ever!
