If i can save anyone from the experience I had, then this review will be worth it. Over the past year, I had spent over $400 getting various things repaired on my laptop. The first time it was ok, but my laptop came back with a melted spot on the outside case. I should have known then. No one mentioned it or apologized. But they did continue to tell me what a good deal I was getting all the time. Most recently they quoted me a price and told me the laptop would be ready on tuesday (after having it a week). I arrived tuesday and was told I couldn't have my laptop unless I paid DOUBLE the originally quoted price. I didn't have the money on me. When I asked to speak to the manager who quoted me the original price, no one could find him. When I asked to speak to HIS superior I had to wait and wait for him to be found and to answer the phone. When he was finally reached, he wouldn't come into the store but rang me on the store phone. Talk about customer service. He then proceeded to tell me that it was MY PROBLEM that I didn't have enough money and that I couldn't have my laptop back until I came up with it, or I could have it back broken. He was shouting and talking over me so I finally just hung up. When I asked to speak to the OWNER, i was given the run around. Finally my husband rang the owner who told him that this was my problem and to take my computer and get the hell out of his store. Wow. I mean, wow. Unbelievable. Needless to say, I did. I took it to another IT tech who told me that since they made an installation mistake in the first place, the repair should have been FREE. As a courtesy for inconveniencing me so much, (as I had no laptop for over a week and I use it for work and also driving to the store multiple times. ) Also the new IT tech told me that it didn't need a new hard drive but that they had installed a corrupt version of windows which was what was causing all the problems. I am SO glad I didn't give these people any more money. They are rude, incompetent, ungrateful, and in general, BAD BUSINESS. If I can save just one person from going through what I did, then this long review was worth it. Thaks for taking the time to read it. And also, I am not some rude or demanding customer. I work in the hospitality industry and have done for many years. So I am consistently polite, understanding, and patient. Their behavior towards a customer was uncalled for and completely out of line. in short, DO NOT GO HERE.
