As the other reviewer stated, I too am not commenting on the company's work, as I never had the opportunity to use or even consider using Impriano. I needed some vinyl siding work and had called other companies outside of Philadelphia who told me up front that they did not service my area, so I knew to ask that very question with Impriano because they are located in Berwyn. I called and specifically asked the woman who answered the phone if Impriano serviced homes in my area. She said she would have to check and get back to me. She called me back that same day and said that they in fact DID service my area. We scheduled a time for someone to come out to my home, look at what needed to be done and give me an estimate. The gentleman came to my home, we went over what I wanted done and he took pictures and measurements. During that time, I asked him certain questions regarding the work (what was the thickness of the vinyl siding they used, if they wrapped the home with insulation, etc.) - all general questions I thought he would be able to answer. He knew none of the answers. I found that hard to believe - why would they send a representation to look at a vinyl siding job and the representative not know anything about vinyl siding? After he gathered all the information he needed, he said he would take it back to his boss and they would contact me with an estimate. I asked him what the timing was for getting back to me and he said that his boss was not in the office today and would not return until Thursday (our meeting was on Tuesday), but perhaps he could ask the boss's sons to draw up an estimate sooner. I heard nothing until the following Tuesday (a week later) at which time he called to tell me that he had bad news - his company does not service my area. I didn't tell him that I already knew they did in fact service my area because Impriano Roofing had wasted enough of my time and I didn't want to spend another second having my intelligence insulted.
