Review content:
Reminds me of shopping ""on the Avenue"" with my grandmother in the 60's. Great boutiquee type shops, good restaurants and friendly people. Sure beats cookie cutter malls which have gotten boring and not environmentally friendly. Here you can get some fresh air, a little exercise and meet some splendid/knowledgable people.
Pros: parking, convienence, great stores
Cons: if it's hot, it sucks, pricy, not open at night
