Review content:
I had a mailbox with this place for a little over 1 year.. Things were okay at first.. When we had boxes they would sometimes offer to carry them out, and overall they were friendly. Unfortunately after about 7 months the service changed, particularly due to a new hire that's now there all the time. I'd find mail stuffed into my box carelessly (I don't get that much mail, and I had a medium sized box, so there was lots of room to get it right). . I mentioned it once in passing, and sort of joked about it- but made it clear that it wasn't appreciated.. it continued.. the last straw was in the last 3 months of my prepaid year when 2 packages were supposedly returned to sender because they sender got the box number incorrect. One package was verified returned to sender, but the other was never verified, andin order to get the package re-shipped, I needed to file a claim with usps.. is would be much easier to just find the package and have it shipped back, but even the manager proved unhelpful. The employee who answered was often sarcastic, and said things like ""i'm really busy and don't have time to sift through packages, so it was returned to sender you just have to trust us and that's all i have to say about the matter"". I was pretty angry, and when I spoke to the manager he pretyt much said the same thing (but mind you would not confirm). However, the company never received the package back and Studio City Postal Center could never provide me with a return#, tracking# .. So I had to file a claim in person with the USPS since they're useless, and decided to just give up the 3 months and have my mail forwarded because their service stunk! And to no suprise, they charged me for that as well - and most of the time, I was missing mail. wow!
Pros: the address looks nice on paper, especially if you have a mobile business
Cons: the service and care is absolutely horrid
