She said she knew how to hand-strip, but she doesn't hand-strip, she uses a tool that cuts the hair as it is pulled through the coat. This, by no means, is hand-stripping! This is BAD for the dog's coat and skin. Then she trimmed the hair BETWEEN the toes so the terrier looks like a POODLE! And she cut the hair on the head ALL WRONG, and it will take about a year to grow back.
Basically, she has NO IDEA what she is doing with show dogs and hand-stripping and how various breeds have different requirements for their grooming. ALL IN ALL, A TERRIBLE, EXPENSIVE JOB.
