I love Pizza Hut but I will NEVER return to this one again. They told me my wait would be 15 minutes which ended up being around 40. They said something about the 'printer broke' and they were running behind, I did not get an appology for the extra wait.My cinnastix and breadsticks were done 15 min before my two pizzas were done. The waitress was friendly and tried her best. The two kitchen people were arguing and slamming things around. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The girl that cut my pizza did a half-assed job, didn't cut the pizzas evenly, heck, the pizzas weren't even baked THOROUGHLY!! And whats worse, is when she closed the box, the lid was stuck INSIDE the pizza so when I lifted the lid after I got home, the pizza came apart. Cinnastix and breadsticks cold, pizza not baked and falling apart? Please tell me why I have to pay 23 bucks for this?
