Review content:
I just enrolled my son in preschool at Turtle Rock. I have been looking into preschools for over a year to feel out the best setting. Within minutes, I fell in love with TRP and knew this would be the place to fulfill my son's academic and social needs. Anna, the Assistant Director, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. She answered each of my questions thoroughly and made me feel right at home. She went through a detailed tour and requirements for enrollment. I am usually reluctant to make on the spot decisions but I literally knew within minutes that this was my top pick. Unfortunately, there was a waiting list but Kristen in the office worked diligently to secure an opening, which did not take horribly long. The staff is friendly, there are terrific enrichment programs that we are eager to try and the place is clean and aesthetically pleasing. I look forward to seeing my son's progress and I feel certain he is in good hands here. I read the negative review regarding high turnover. Parent's, I would not be discouraged by that review because it is even worse in a home day care, plus you have to deal with personal drama in those settings. If you want structure for your child, this really appears to be a good place. The staff also appears to have very fun, loving attitudes as well. Tuition is also very reasonable for full day, which is what I need as a single parent. It does not include food but it is about $30/wk cheaper than Kindercare. They do offer hot meals though at a fairly reasonable price. One of my hot buttons was minimal days of closure. They only have about 3 staff development days and major holidays off. Pros: Low Tuition, Friendly Environment, Hours Cons: No meals provided
