Review content:
For the past number of years I have went to the Melting Pot for mine and my husband's anniversary but this year decided to switch it up a bit. We were swayed by city search's 2001 restaurant poll. Sidney Street got #1 for most romantic while Melting Pot got #2. We had to see who could beat out the Melting Pot's romantic atmosphere. We were not impressed. Do not let me mislead you the food and service were phenomenal but we were sat in the middle of a crowed, noisy, completely open room. The only bit of romance that I noticed was the candle on the table. The server had to raise her voice just so we could hear her as did me and my husband. We will go back but just for dinner not for any romantic occasions. Pros: food Cons: not romantic
