I first discovered Ruiz Mexican restaurant about 10 years ago just by accident. Now I can't go anywhere else for Mexican food because I know they are not going to measure up. My husband and I took a trip down old Route 66 through Texas, New Mexico and Arizona. I thought maybe their Mexican food would at least somewhat as good as Ruiz -- no way!! I'm too spoiled by the delicious Chimicangas at Ruiz. Plus their tasty cheese covered beans and fluffy Mexican rice with meat topping are to die for! Now I refuse to go anywhere else for Mexican! If you want a great Mexican meal at a great price and plenty to eat you won't be disappointed with Ruiz!!
