Review content:
Ruiz is the best Mexican Restaurant I have been to. Food is always great. The servers are wonderful and always a blast to kid around with! I would give Ruiz 5 stars for great food!! The one in Florissant is the best for charm and service. The Wright City location has the same great food, but since it is newer, I don't know the servers as well, so don't feel quite as ""at home"".
