Review content:
Have you ever gone back to a restaurant (one you really enjoyed a few years ago) only to find that it just wasn't as good as you remembered? Something (or many somethings) has changed (always for the worse!) and it just wasn't what you hoped it would be. The thing I most enjoy about Ruiz Castillo's is the fact that we have been going there for twenty years and there are no disappointing surprises. Everything is just as I remember it, every time. It's always exceptionally excellent and it's always consistent. The food is the best Mexican food I have ever had (and I have been to hundreds of Mexican restaurants) and is always in consideration when deciding where to go on our ""date night."" You know that you can't say that about many restaurants.
Pros: Always good and always consistent
Cons: A tad bit pricey
