I shopped here recently as I thought I heard they were good people. They were very friendly but I was not impressed with my ring. My recently purchased engagement ring was getting repaired and it turned out all fuzzy around where they fixed it. When I brought it to their attention, they tried to help me, but it still looked bad. I think they mean well, but my ring has never looked the same again. I would recommend finding a jeweler that has a better reputation for high quality service work.
