One of my real pet peeves is when my time is wasted. That is exactly what happened to me last Thursday, April 5, 2012. My very elderly father in law needed to get a document notarized. It is difficult for him to walk and move about. I checked the store web site and it stated: ?NOTARY SERVICES AVAILABLE Monday through Friday 10am - 5pm ?. Due to my concerns with the mobility of my father in law I decided to double check and called the store. It was confirmed that notary services were available 10:00am to 5:00pm. We made the difficult transit to the store and you guessed it ? ?The Notary is out, but should be here in 15 minutes.? After nearly an hour of waiting, we gave up made the difficult transit back home to try another day. (Fortunately, we later found a mobile notary.) Bottom line, Don?t Waste My Time!! Don?t claim you are going to provide a service, then don?t provide that service. If this store provides the same level of service on its other activities as it does with its Notary service, avoid this place like the plague!
