We tried these guys & they really disappointed us, we thought they were reputable but as it turns out they lied to us. The service was sloppy & the owners seemed tired about even helping us with our selection. We felt like were intruding on their nap times. We will never use Key Carpets again & will tell everyone about their unprofessional store & sloppy team. We can not believe they are even in business after the lack of concern for their appearance & then when we went down to the store to see these guys the store is like a junk yard, there is ""DIRT IN THE STORE""!!! dust & ashes, cob webs & poor lighting etc. We were not expecting for key carpets to be the best in the industry but we found out they seem to be one of the worst. Never use these guys for anything.
Pros: They actually have a store.
Cons: They actually have dirt in the store & are still in business!
