Erwin Quarder is a great company to work for.........that is if you want to be screwed over and like to work for as little money as humanly possible, while the people in the front office make 60K to 80K even 165K! (Adnan!) But whatever you do DON'T ask for a raise! Oh no! Cuz they will fire you quicker than you can unemployment! And if you enjoy working 6 to 7 days a week MANDITORY! With NO DOUBLE TIME ON SUNDAYS! Not to mention running 3 to 5 machines at a time! If your reading this looking for a job or thinking about using Erwin Quarder to have them do some work for you! DON'T do it! I've never seen so much rework in my life! Not to mention they work their people like dogs with little pay! Its a 10 to 20 MILLION a year company.....but the $ is NOT going into the REAL workers hands, who do the REAL work, goes right into someone elses pocket! When you work 6 to 7 days a week MANDITORY you would expect to bring home a nice check. 9.00 an hour w/ a .50 shift premium is not right! How can you raise a family let alone YOURSELF on those wages?! Erwin quarders calls you for a job or your thinking about going there for work! DON'T!
