Review content:
Had to stop by Orleans Cycle while on the CC Rail Trail this afternoon while training for the PMC. The cleat on my bike shoe was slipping. Popped in to see if they could take a peek at the problem. I was greeted by Devin who took a look and told me he could re-cleat my shoe while I waited. A few moments later, I mentioned some brake squeeking and Devin had it resolved in no time. In addition, he topped off the tires with air and lubed up the gears so I was set to go within 20 minutes. He charged me only for the new cleats and also helped my two friends with air as well. Service was incredibly pleasant and quick. In addition, Devin was assisting another family with rentals all the while working on my bike. Professional and knowledgable service and pleasant as well. Will gladly recommend Orleans Cycle to all my friends.
