Businiess name:  Kiku Sushi Restaurant

Review content:
I have been to many sushi restaurants around Baltimore, Towson and Annapolis. I have also eaten sushi in Korea and at authentic Japanese restaurants in New York and Philly. Kiku Sushi compares to the best Japanese Sushi I have tried. The rice is perfectly seasoned and not hard and dry like many places. The portions are not skimpy what-so-ever, and the taste is fantastic. I have gotten to where I compare other sushi places to Kiku when I am out of town. The simply just make me look forward to getting back to Baltimore! So many places serve you rolls with flavorless, dry rice that can stand up to sitting in the soy sauce bowl and still holding its form. Who wants that? Kiku's rolls melt in your mouth with the perfect consistency and flavor! And the Sunomono... other places can take a lesson from Kiku. When I lived in Annapolis, I would drive up just for that! Now, the kitchen chef doesnt speak english, and the sushi chef takes his time to make each plate with perfection, but when you are waiting for art, you can not rush it. It is completely worth the wait!!! Oh, and the lunch specials will keep you coming back!!! Large, tasty, outrageously inexpensive and filling! Mmmmmm! Pros: Tasty, inexpensive, generous, filling portions! Cons: You might have to wait a bit, but hey, its art!
