My friends and I went on a wine tour this weekend in Napa and had the best experience ever, from beginning to end! It all started with booking the reservation, I was really impressed with the excellent customer service over the phone. The owner Mr. Jared took care of us just like he promissed he would. Not only that he gave us an excellent price! Our driver was about 15minutes early with the limo, dressed nicely and looking professional. The limo looked all pretty and was very clean and was already stocked up ready to go. They had waters, ice, soda, orange juice and champagne so we could make ourselves mimosas! LOVED THAT! Our ride was nice n smooth filled with music and smile n lots of fun. We went to 3 different wineries and had a blast at all of them. I really think that the interaction the driver has with the clients says so much! He was very professional and a joy to be around. We had so much fun and were treated witht he best customer service I think I've ever experienced in my life! I have already started recommending Jared and Starlite Limo to everyone I know. Just wanted to say thank you and great job. DEFINITLEY SACRAMENTO'S FINEST!!!
