Hands down, this is the best frozen yogurt, and smoothie in greater phoenix area. My standard for frozen yogurt and smoothie is so high to make sure I live a healthy life. I tried almost all the frozen yogurt and smoothie shop in the valley, but Mix n Lix Yogurt, Smoothie and shake has served me with not only the highest quality of ingredients of frozen yogurt and smoothie but as one of the friendliest customer service the I ever experienced. One of my regular flavors is the mix of tart and pomegranate with organic granola at least two or three times a week for my lunch and also the Oasis paradise berries smoothie with protein powder and wheat grass at least three to four times a week. Yes, you guest it right they has redefined my eating habits for better. Their frozen yogurt has an amazing consistency and texture, and the same goes for their smoothies. The interior atmosphere is so colorful yet contemporary and soothing, not to mention their finest and coolest choice of music that is played all the time. I have to drive 15 minutes to get to their location at HWY 101 and Shea Blvd at the same center of Sprout???s, but it sure worth it. I would recommend this amazing spot to everyone from a young family, teenager and adult who want to land in the best frozen dessert shop for spending time with friends or for their date.
