Tim Pettiecord is a contractor who hires other contractors to do the work for him, he is seldom on the jobs that he contracts out but he claims the work of the other contractors as his own . he has no employees just hired contractors .over 50 % of the work done is not his work and the sub contractors never get any credit for thier work because he doesn't tell anyone that the crew is subcontractors not his employees .
