Review content:
This management company is not worth my time or money. I first called about a bees nest on my kitchen window. They said they would take care of it ""right away"". Right away became two weeks and I ended up borrowing a ladder from across the street at the museum and bought a can of Raid to kill them myself.
The next instance I called about was my bedroom window. It fell out of its track and I couldn't get it to close. They said they put in a work order. Nothing happens once again. I called about 5 times to see why it was still broken (as winter approaches). No intelligent response in return. Then maintenance shows up for a completely different reason and spackles the ceiling all the while getting it all over the floor, chair, rug and curtains. I came home one day to find maintenance in my apartment and when I asked if they fixed the window they said they never received an order to fix a window.
In all these instances I was NEVER called or notified of entry into my apartment. That is rule #1 of renters rights. Reasonable notice of entry.
The final straw that broke the camels back was an eviction notice on my door saying I didn't pay my rent or any subsequent late charges. Then how come my rent check showed up as taken out of my account?? And hypothetically speaking, if I hadn't paid my rent, why wasn't I informed of any late charges, etc??
They have literally been a constant headache since I signed the lease. It's like dealing with a bunch of kids in junior high who shouldn't be in business. I'm seriously considering calling the Better Business Bureau and reporting them.
