Well firstly its owner/chef, Tony Bosco. He is a wonderful chef and kind to his customers. I live out of state and the first place I want to go when I visit New Orleans is Bosco's Restaurant. Suzanne is a top server and is knowledgeable about all the dishes. She is well-liked by all her customers and constantly gives them the best possible service and food experience. They also have awesome olive salad. The best. Yummy, can't wait to visit soon.
