Review content:
I went to Skin Speaks to have a photo facial treatment done. I was extremely happy with the results of the treatment, except they forgot to do my nose area. (I didn't say anything at the time, because I wasn't sure how the process worked and I thought that each blast of light possibly spread over the surrounding area of skin. Unfortunately after the rest of my skin was looking great, my nose stood out from the rest of my face because it was not treated. I contacted Skin Speaks and was informed that I could come in for another treatment to get that area fixed, but I would be charged again for the treatment. I was also told that the message would be passed along to the person who did my treatment, and I never heard back from her. I recommend the treatment, but I would NOT return to Skin Speaks because I prefer a place that actually covers the entire area that they are supposed to and stands by their work.
