I wish I had read the other reviews before using these guys, and agree that if I could give them a negative rating, I would. I experienced the very same things they did. I placed a 3-DAY RUSH order on Dec. 5, and only got complete today - Dec. 19. They are very unprofessional, only correspond through email and not in a timely manner. I have had to follow up on them every step of the way. Even when I employed their mailing services, I asked them to recommend the best postage rate, and their only response what that I need to tell them what i want to do and that they couldn't believe that I don't know the difference between first class and pre-sort prices. that's not my job to know if I'm employing an expert! I asked in my original order to have any remaining inventory to be sent to me and only when I asked where it was did they tell me that I could come pick it up - again, 2 WEEKS AFTER THE ORIGINAL ORDER AND REQUEST! I could have gotten a much better, more efficient job done thorugh Vista Print! PLEASE GO TO A REPUTABLE PRINTER.
Cons: Not professional at all and you'll get better service through an online printer
