Your company is very dissapointed and unprofessional in handling customer service, paper work and very time consuming for settlement payment. The manager couldnt be found and refused to answer my call. Agent name Amy is suck, rude and unprofessional to solve simple problems at all. Personally I dont think the employees have any degree qualification in their field or some sort of professional and standardize training. Please have a registed mail for valuable documents in order to achieve your customer courtesy and safety! Do not only think about how to make profit and negligence all the important aspects for the customer benefit! I couldnt believe my important title will be sent with regular mail! I am very happy that I dont have to deal with the company anymore as I decided to pay off my car immediately! Definitely a company that I will not recommand in the future!
