Review content:
How do you make a bar with just above average food, and a decidedly average beer/liquor/wine selection into one of Pittsburgh's greatest places to go??? You put it right on the river bank with a big outdoor patio and amazing views!!! Realistically speaking the food at Silky's will not overly impress - it is good and well-priced but you won't walk away wondering if you could steal any recipes. The real treat here is the big patio and the great riverside views from just beside the Highland Park Bridge. Go there, get a gin and tonic and a seat outside, and relax . . . you can fit a mini-vacation into a sunny afternoon at Silky's.
Pros: Amazing patio
Cons: The indoor dining atmosphere is lacking.
