I've lived her for two plus years and there is not a better bargain in the Santa Clarita valley. To give you an idea, the one bedroom is approx. $1,100 per month but it's almost 800 sq. ft. Compare that to most of the places around here that are around $1,200 but 500 - 650 sq feet. Washer and dryer in the unit and a fireplace. Close to any shopping that you might need.
Yes, the buildings are old but they do a good job of maintaining them. If there is a problem, you can call 24 hours a day and someone will come over. Management does not put up with noise or animal problems.
Best bargain in the area.
