We went with our kids and my first impression was that yes, this was a typical mall restaurant packed with moms and kids. Very hectic and noisy. As I was there with my own kids, I can't say much! It is, after all, the mall. If you want romantic ambience, don't dine at the mall.
Pros: waitstaff and variety on menu
