I called these guys up after feeling like this other company was trying to take advantage of me. The other company (Dean's Professional Plumbing) was doing free estimates at the time so I figured why not have them come out and take a look. Shouldn't have even wasted my time. I have zero knowledge about how much these services and parts cost, but I could even tell those prices were way overpriced. Not only that but they lied to me. So I decided to call around to get another rough estimate since I knew for sure what was wrong.
Prescription Heating was by far the lowest out of the 7 places I called. Mike was so helpful when I called, and it wasn't even guaranteed that I was going to have them do the job. It was incredible how thorough and helpful he was when he came over to fix the furnace. He was honest with me about the actual work and parts that were needed. The cost was a very small fraction of what I would have spent with Dean's. Highly highly recommended!!
