BAD BAAAD experience - don't go there. I went to this hair salon for my 21st (!) birthday and had my worst ""hair-experience"" so far (I cried for hours...); I wanted a simple ""bob"" and ended up with a chin-long (much shorter than I requested) , asymmetric (not on purpose!!!), and scraggy hair-do. I had to ""hide"" my hair-do for over two months (I pinned up my hair with 100s of hair-pins); Just recently I had an appointment at a much better hair salon in Santa Barbara: Bliss Salon and Spa. Alison (@ Bliss) did an amazing job and finally saved my hair. She told me that the right side of my old hair-cut had been over an INCH longer than its left side......
