I had to wait over two weeks for the part to come in and when the repairman came to fix it (after the business had called me to tell me the part was in and set up the appt) he gets here and didn't bring the part to fix the refrigerator/freezer!! I was sooo mad as I had sat around ALL day waiting for him to come and then he doesn't bring the part!! Soooo, I had to wait for the weekend to pass before he came back with the part to fix it. Then after he left, I had a big wet stain on my carpet and a lot of grease on the freezer door that he did not clean up before he left. I am not a very happy customer and probably will not use their service again!!
