Beware of this apartment complex. The front entrance and nice flowers are only a ""front"". make sure you look at the carpet in your apartment before you move in. I was not allowed to view the Townhouse I live in stating the carpet was wet. That was my biggest mistake. I now have to live with a disgusting carpet with stains that no matter how many times I clean it the stains resurface back. My Townhouse has a leak in the Living room. Many times I have called, sent letters to the office all in vain. They come in patch the leak site without looking for the source of the leak and just leave like that, no paint. It looks nasty and nothing cute. The ceiling has bumps and lumps of plaster. The kitchen cabinets are cheap and old. They are made of alumium or tin 1970 circa. The sewerage system lets out an awful odor in the evenings, and it's enough to make you sick. For the amount of money I pay for rent we deserve to live in a decent townhouse. Otherwise, the neighbors are nice people, and it's quiet.
Pros: Nice quiet place to live
Cons: Waiting too long for repairs and job not done right
