I have been going to Dr. Rizkalla for years and he has been the primary vet for all 3 of my boxers. He is always loving and caring with them. He has accomodated me on many occasions when trying to get one of my dogs in last minute. I also have 2 cats one of which was quite sick for a while and after taking her to 2 specialists who did nothing for her I took her to Dr Rizkalla who ran many other tests and in turn he didn't come out with any better solutions for her but because he couldn't find a problem with her he didn't feel comfortable charging me the full cost of office visits and worked with me on the costs for the tests. While his assistants have run more towards just working the reception desk (which is fine) they really don't help out with the animals which allows you as the major care taker to go in the room with your pet and provide them the comfort they need while the doctor has to run his tests and perform his job. Overall, every experience I have had with Dr. Rizkalla has been pleasant and beneficial for my pets, he also has a fantastic sense of humor!
Pros: location, doctor disposition & ""bed-side"" manner
Cons: he is quite busy and it's sometimes hard to get an emergency appt
