My wife and I went to Mellys with my sister in-law and her boyfriend about a week ago. When the bill came out we asked the waiter to split it up so my wife and I were on one. After a long stare he told us that he could not do it (they do it all the time). My sister in law gave my wife $25 for their meals and my wife handed it to the waiter and said to put the rest on my card, which was about $35. He came back and gave my wife the card and she wrote ""$0.00"" in the tip line and left him a $20 bill for the tip. i checked my bank account yesterday and there was a cleared transaction for the $35.00 from a few days ago. Today a new transaction showed up for about $80!!!! WTF? It is hard enough trying to speak to these non-english speaking retards and now I have to wait 2 weeks for my bank to finish the dispute till I get my money back. There is one waiter there that is great, the other ones are just lazy and ignorant.
