I have just moved to the South Carolina area. I have been here for a month. Prior to arrival I made arrangements for my internet, tv, phone. I have had an awful experience with this company. I had several problems getting channels where I had to call for technical assistance. I got an appointment - they didn't show up - charged me for the service call. Again, I was told I would have to be at home from 8am - 5pm. I took the day off and waited for the technician on the arranged date. No one showed up. This has happen for two days. The rep advised me that the technician is indicating they have been to my residence and fixed the cable. They haven't been to my home!!! THIS BEHAVOR IS TOLERATED!! The rep put a priority order in for service and told me the technician will be here in the evening 6-9. No show again and bus closed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE TO!!!!! THE SERVICE IS AWFUL!! The wires from the modem and router are exposed and in the middle of the room. DANGEROUS!!!!
