eating at charlie vergos rendezvous is a grand experience, on a visit to memphis from florida, we happened in to the rendezvous when they were having a private luncheon (of course it was tuesday and they did not open until 4:30) but they kindley served my wife and i and an friend with a rack of great ribs. the best ribs i have ever tasted. we sat at a table next to mr. vargos and he was most gracious and kind to us...we appreciate the experience that we had.
