Bad experience!!!!!! Bought tires 4 months ago 80,000 mile took it in for my first 10,000 mile tire rotation, and told i need an alignment and all 4 new tires replaced, First off, I had an alignment on my new car when I had the tires put on there, then they say 4 months later my tires are bad and need an alignment again??????? Hmm something wrong with that picture. They run a alignment check and say they recommend an alignment 4 times a year. I didn't have my receipt with me that day and they said it had been over six months to be able to have warranty. I get home and look at the receipt, and it hadn't been six months. I call and speak to someone that tells me that the warranty is only valid 6,000 miles and i went over. They state they will not to do a tire rotation since the tires are bad and needs alignment. This is a poor excuse not to at least compensate a free alignment. Personally, I don't think the service tech performed an alignment in the first place.
