There has been more than one instance, I should have learned my lesson long ago. The latest was when my mother got her ""radiator flushed"" for over 6 hrs bc it was the ""dirtiest, muddiest he'd ever seen"" , then less then a month later after lights flashing, she had it checked again by Firestone who said that whoever flushed this should have seen that it was way too muddy for flushing to fix it, it needed a new radiator which would have cost a lot less than what she paid. That was not what made me mad - when I later called to speak to them about their possible mistake, Doug Eaton raised his voice, ridiculed the new mechanic, and hung up on me - 3 times. Another instance was when my pregnant sister got her oil changed, then later that night her car blew up on fire. When we took it back, one worker explained that it was bc they put too much oil in it, then another worker denied it all and wanted to charge her extra to fix it. Needless to say, we are no longer customers.
Pros: absolutely nothing - go to firestone
Cons: bad attitude, over charge, dont know what they are doing
