Review content:
We hired Pest Stoppers to inspect our first home. The inspector came in and we were pest free, despite the ""sawdust"" in the master bedroom. One month later, after vacuuming several times, we discovered it was actually termite droppings. We called the company immediately and we were told that they were not responsible, despite the droppings being visable at the time of inspection. The professional national company we called in spot treated the problem area after we removed the drywall. The repair added $1,000 to our budget plus drywall work we were not expecting. The company denyed any wrong-doing and said that we should have pointed it out to them. Our thoughts: we're not in the termite buisness and it was an obvious problem. After speaking with the owner, who we discovered to be the inspector who overlooked the termite droppings. We are extremely disappointed with the inspection and the customer service.
