1. Condescending attitude of certain staff members; 2. I would rate some items on the menu as within the average range, however, too much sodium, MSG, etc. is used in food prep. Many items we tried had a ""briney"" taste; and unfortunately, Yuki's staff cannot handle constructive criticism. Unlike other restaurants, Yuki's does not support customer satisfaction. Whenever you are dissatisfied with the quality of an item, their policy is strictly YOUR problem, NOT theirs. Irregardless of the fact that the food is ""too salty,"" whatever, you pay for it. End of subject. Would I recommend Yuki's? Let's put is this way: If Yuki's were the ONLY place available for food following a hurricane, I'd choose MRE's. Pros: Convenient location Cons: Poor quality food; unprofessional attitude of staff
