I have been a loyal customer of Pierce motors and have given them a lot of my personal business and recommended them to my friends and family until this past winter. I had my tires rotated by them and miles later found out they put the lug nuts on my F-150 on so tight that I could not get them off and neither could another shop I took my truck to. The shop I went to told me they were on so tight that I had damage to my front end and tires were wearing uneven and said were not touching this you take it back to Pierce motors. I got a second opinion at another shop down the road and tried to avoid going back to Pierce motors (didn't want to embarrass them) and the opinion was the same. I walked in to Pierce Motors with the attitude of I'm not going to attack them and I even left my truck at the other shop and had my mom drive me to Pierce motors to just see what they could do for me. I walked in and basically said ""this is what you guys did, you were the last ones to touch my truck it's sitting at a shop down the road and I need my tires off"". He responded with, "" you're ASSUMING my guys did this, you expect me to just drop everything and fit you in today?!"". I responded with, "" I'm sorry for inconveniencing YOU, thanks for caring"" and slammed the door. Long story short I did end up bringing my truck back they had to break off half of my lug nuts and when he called to tell me my truck was done I didn't even get an apology or an explanation of what happened. My family friends and I will never step foot at this place ever again. They did NOTHING to make me feel like a valued customer and accused me of lying when something went wrong. I'm posting this just know after debating whether or not to because I don't want anyone else to be in this situation and I feel sorry for all the others they did this to the week I was there.
