I bought an entire appliance package from these people. Was initially offered a good price for some high-end appliances. Then the delays started. Then the ignoring all attempts to communicate started. Then the lies started. After being unable to get the stove I ordered (which I did not blame them for - that kind of stuff happens) they left me hanging for over two months - THAT I blame them for. They eventually offered an inferior stove, but wanted me to pay the same price. I refused, and asked them to simply cancel. They told me I would have to pay a restocking fee - on items I'd been paying for for two months, but have never seen!!! They eventually agreed to lower my purchase price, and restart my no-interest financing period to the ship date of the appliances (nearly three months from the date I ordered and paid for them) but then they stopped returning calls or emails. They never fixed the financing. They never fixed the overcharge for the wrong stove. They never processed the 'rebates' I was supposed to get. They promised to get me $1600 back to make up for getting me the wrong stove and for rebates. I have never seen any of that money, even though it's been over 6 months. I have called and emailed repeatedly, and no one responds. I am going to have to sue. I complained to the BBB but they ignored it. Tim Tyrka, along with Steve, Marty, and Pete, are not men of their word. They will lie to your face, overcharge you, and never look back. Do yourself a favor and avoid this nightmare. Find your appliances elsewhere, and don't reward these people for being dishonorable and unprofessional.
