I love their food but hate their service! A couple of years ago I called to reserve a dinner time for my then girlfriend and now wife for Valentines day. When we showed up for our time they couldn't find my name. They had a name that sounded like mine but spelled differently. They waited, calling out the other name for 30 minutes before the ""let"" us take a seat. They reminded us that we were not on the list. I haven't been back since.
I gave them another chance this year. I reserved seats for my wife and I on January 25th. I called tonight to confirm my reservation time, because I forgot, the gentleman on the other end said that he can't find my name... We'll se how it goes on Tuesday. Please pray or me!
