Review content:
Had a car vandalized in the Grove. Wicke was close and Joe told me they would fix everything as pre- vandel. 2.5 months later and I still have unresolved issues with my vehicle and Joe at Wicke is washing his hands of it. They must have family do their references on different websites. I read only good, but have experienced nothing but BAD service, quality of workmanship, Progressive caught them billing for new parts and using old ones. Told me and the insurance company Progressive they use utube for problem analysis, undoubtedly no certified techs. Sure wish they would Man up. Crooked, lying, theives is what I have been dealing with. Noone else should have to. Go elsewhere!! Best Tip all day.
