I would recommend checking the place out before you spend the money. Sure, its a great view of the city, and the candlelight is nice, however one night together here and you will be broke for the rest of the week. Prom was a special occassion, and I understand that people in Kansas City enjoy the ritzier class once in a while, but to me personally, I can go to several restaurants in Kansas City and get better food quality and more for my money elsewhere. Tell them to lower the prices or provide more food, and make it more of a family enviroment for guests staying at the hotel below. I am sure that people traveling would enjoy going upstairs for a relaxing dinner, and being able to feed thier children cheaply if they bring them along. Pros: good parking/location, nice view from above, romantic Cons: overly priced, too little food for $, too ritzy
