Review content:
The owner, Ed, is a nice guy but he's not willing to do the extra mile to terminate pest. He does once a month spray and that's it. if you have some issues, he's not willing to come out and work a solution with you. I asked him to spray the basement/crawl space since he has never done that, but he denied it without giving any reasons. My guess: he's just lazy to go under the house.
whenever I encountered problems, I would send him email and call him, but it took him a LONG time to respond. He kept ignoring me. His customer service stinks! I had several infestation in my home and not once did he come to resolve the issue. His argument was ""the monthly spray is sufficient"", Well, obviously NOT!
I WAS NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AND I FIRED HIM!
