I went to hhGregg to replace my refrigorator for my rental house. I had already been every where else price shopping, they had the best prices by far. Not only did they have the best prices but they delivered it the same day. Now here is were the customer service came into play; They delivered the refrigorator to my rental house and two days later there was a problem with the unit, it would not cool the food. My renters lost all of there refrigerated items, the items they just replaced two day's before. hh gregg called them on the phone and asked how much was lost, hhGregg then cut them a check for that amount, and sent over a new Refrigorator. Find that somewhere else, not going to happen!
