Review content:
Rented table, chairs, tent, dance floor, etc for my daughter's wedding. While I had them ordered and they were on my invoice they did not set up the tent with leg drapings. When it was called to their attention I was refunded the money but I would rather have had the bare metal poles covered. Also, the dance floor did not hold together. It was coming apart in pieces all afternoon creating a dangerous situation especially for ladies in heals. We kept trying to put it back together--something that guests at a wedding should not have to be doing--with little success. What particularly bothered me is that the Monday after the Saturday wedding I emailed them about this situation and received no response, no apology or anything. Two weeks later I emailed them again, reminding them of the situation. In this email I told them that I thought I should get a discount on the dance floor. It is only then that they emailed me back telling me that they would discount the cost of the floor by 50%. Except for these guys all of the vendors at the wedding were great. Unfortunately one does not want even one week link on such an important occasion. I would certainly not use these folks again.
