Review content:
The store itself is great for someone who knows what it is that they are seeking. But that itself is a drawback when the young man I dealt with a couple of times simply wont adhere to the fact that I was just looking. Usually when a customer says they are just looking, the sales rep will just sit back. Not this kid, he made me feel uncomfortable with his constant being within arms reach and lack of personality. Then he failed to know simple terminology of a few computer parts. But that is all the bad in the store.
The prices are near equivalent to many online sites. Minus shipping costs, makes it all worth wild. And they carry many of the in between cables and connectors that larger electronic stores seem not to.
So if you know what exactly you want and are experienced in building,installing and repairing stop in and buy that upgrade, I do.
Also, a friend of mine had their PC worked on there. And they have nothing but praises for the work that was done.
Pros: Mom and Pop atmosphere
Cons: They need better sales-person
